NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to s. 94 of the Community Charter and s. 467 of the Local Government Act that the following proposed Zone Amending Bylaw will be presented at the Committee of the Whole Meeting on Tuesday July 14, 2026, at 11:00 am and considered for First and additional readings at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday July 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at 11995 Haney Place.

Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 8120-2026
Address: 21321 122 Avenue
Purpose: To rezone the subject property from RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) to RUR (Urban Infill Residential) to permit a future three-lot subdivision.

As a Public Hearing is prohibited to be held in accordance with s. 464 (3) of the Local Government Act for the proposed Zone Amending Bylaw, verbal comments, or delegations on this matter by members of the public will not be permitted during the meeting.
The proposed bylaw(s) and permit(s) may be inspected at the Planning and Building Counter at Municipal Hall from July 10, 2026 to July 21, 2026 (8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
