A person was found deceased in the Fraser River near Agassiz following reports of someone jumping off the Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge on Monday.
Spokesperson Cpl. Carmen Kiener said the deceased person was located with the assistance of Kent-Harrison Search and Rescue and RCMP Air Services.
The investigation into the death is ongoing. No further information was released as of publication.
