UPDATE (6:52 a.m.): The highway was reopened to single lane alternating traffic earlier this morning and traffic control crews are on scene, per DriveBC.

A rock slide has blocked Highway 7 near Agassiz in both directions.
At about 3:15 a.m. on Monday, DriveBC reported a rock slide between Highlands Boulevard and Bodnar Road west of Agassiz.
Emergency crews are on the scene. The road is closed before Dyke Road. Drivers are advised to use The Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge or Abbotsford-Mission Bridge as alternate routes toward Highways 1 or 7.
