The City of Maple Ridge has a summer kickoff Rock the Block event on Saturday, June 6.
The event will be held at the Albion Community Centre (24165 104th Ave.) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. The family friendly happening will feature live music, food trucks, games, a kid zone and more.
The city sponsors these community gatherings to bring residents together to connect, socialize, and celebrate the places where they live.
This will be the last of three Rock the Block events, with two in May happening at Pazarena Place and at the city operations centre to mark Public Works Week.
