It was truly Christmas in July in Agassiz – at least for a short while.
“Project Wayne” was filming in a few locations across Agassiz on Sunday, July 19. Not much is known about the filming activity, except for its holiday season theme, complete with decorations and real snow.
The company responsible is Means of Production, a Vancouver-based company that produces commercials, music videos and full-length films. The companies they have worked with include Disney, Amazon and the NFL.
Agassiz-Harrison has served as the backdrop of a number of films and shows over the years. Some of the more notable examples are M. Night Shyamalan’s sci-fi series “Wayward Pines,” an episode of American drama “Tracker” and “Buddy Games 2: Spring Awakening.”
