Langley RCMP say they are looking for a woman wanted on a number of criminal charges, including gun-related offences.
Morgan Brittany Nicholson, 36, is facing charges of possession of a prohibited firearm with ammo, possession of a firearm while prohibited, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unsafe storage of a firearm, uttering threats, obstructing a peace officer, and mischief.
RCMP warned that Nicholson “is considered violent and should not be approached.”
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200, and quote file number 2025-12449.
The alleged offences Nicholson is charged with took place on April 25, 2025 in Langley, said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.
A warrant was issued for Nicholson by a Surrey Provincial Court judge back in December. A bench warrant is typically issued when an accused who is out on bail has failed to turn up for a court hearing.
“We believe that she’s still in the Lower Mainland, evading us,” said Sharoom.
Persons charged with a crime are considered not guilty until proven otherwise in a court of law.
