Police confirm one death in Hwy.1 two-vehicle crash between Chilliwack and Hope

Update (Friday, 9:35 a.m.): RCMP have confirmed that a woman has died after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 1 between Chilliwack and Hope on Thursday (Oct. 30). The woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene after a crash near the village of Popkum at 6:50 p.m.
