A free celebration of culture, rhythm, and community is coming to Maple Ridge.
The Afro Heritage Festival 2026 will be a fun-filled day packed with music from around the world, mouth-watering food showcasing rich African culinary traditions, and non-stop entertainment.
Entertainment lineup includes: Manix Baby, Mawanda Bash, Alkenbu-Lan, and Nkwali; Romanian Treasure Society; Club Samira; SURFDUB; and Okwomma Troupe.
The festival is being put on by Pathway Intercultural Society and will be taking place from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 2, in Memorial Peace Park, along 224 Street, between Dewdney Trunk Road and Lougheed Highway.
Admission is free.
