Maple Ridge RCMP had a property behind police tape Monday morning, July 20.
The police incident was underway just after 10:30 a.m. at a property in the 11700 block of 207th Street, between 118 Avenue and Lougheed Highway.
Police were setting up a tent over what appeared to be a long, white tarp on the ground.
Two people were escorted from the property, who didn’t appear to be involved in the incident.
About four police vehicles were parked along 207 Street in front of the property, and at least seven officers were on site.
Police tape was also put across the front door to the residence.
The News reached out to the Maple Ridge RCMP for more information and was told there will not be any information released at this time.
