This year’s PNE Prize Home is a $2.3-million house in Surrey at 10100 Elderberry Crescent, just south of Surrey Bend Regional Park.
Built by Foxridge Homes, a Qualico Company, the seven-bedroom home spans 4,117 square feet across three levels and includes a fully independent two-bedroom legal suite, PNE officials announced Monday (April 27).
The 2026 PNE Prize Home marks “a fresh chapter for one of British Columbia’s most beloved summer traditions,” fair operators say.
The space is designed “as a bright and welcoming family haven, complete with an art room and games room, blending soft neutrals with warm woods and playful pops of colour to create a home that is both stylish and livable.”
The home features furnishings by Paramount Home & Design, appliances and electronics from Samsung, an EV charger supported by BC Hydro and a Husqvarna yard maintenance package.
Lottery tickets to win the home and other prizes (see below) are now on sale (two for $35, six for $80, 15 for $165, 30 for $285), on pneprizehome.ca. Buyers can also call 604-678-4663 or toll-free, 1-877-946-4663.
The PNE Prize Home will be open for public tours June 20 to Aug. 15 every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free tickets for tours will be available through TicketLeader in June.

Other lottery prizes are five vehicles from Chevrolet and Cadillac, five $10,000 cash prizes, two $10,000 Metropolis at Metrotown shopping sprees, two seven-day cruises for two with Celebrity Cruises (plus $1,500 cash), a 2026 Suzuki Boulevard M109R motorcycle, a Beachcomber hot tub package and a Woody’s Travel Trailer. Four bonus draws will also take place throughout the summer, each featuring a seven-day cruise for two with Celebrity Cruises plus $1,500 cash.
