Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 21-year-old woman, who is no stranger to Maple Ridge.
Shayla Ignace-Guitar, age 21, was last seen in the Downtown Eastside on Feb. 2. She is known to frequent Maple Ridge, Surrey, and Coquitlam.
Her family has not heard from Ignace-Guitar and is concerned for her well-being. She was reported missing to VPD on Friday, March 6.
Shayla is Indigenous, approximately 5’6”, and has a slim build. She has dark collar-length hair, a scorpion tattoo on her right forearm, a bear paw tattoo on both forearms, and a dragon tattoo on her left shoulder. She was last seen wearing a purple jacket, black and white leggings, and dark shoes.
