Artists who are seeking to connect and learn with other artists in the community can drop by the South Bonson Community Centre for free, self-led, drop-in Open Art Studio time.
The group will welcome artists from beginners to those more experienced, who are passionate about visual arts.
Drop by the South Bonson Community Centre (10932 Barnston View Rd.) on Feb. 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Feb. 11 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The sessions are for those 16 and over, who are asked to bring their own supplies.
Throughout the year, the organizers invite professional artists to lead workshops as part of our Open Art Studio. These subsidized workshops offer an opportunity for artists to explore other mediums, further develop their skills, and be inspired in their artistic journey as an artist.
