The Comedy Department is bringing the hit improv comedy show Saturday Night Laughs to Maple Ridge on Jan. 31.
Every scene is made up on the spot, inspired by audience suggestions and performed by a cast of world-class comedians with decades of experience.
Winner of the 2025 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award and Consumer Choice Award for Best Comedy Club, this five-star show is billed as fast, funny, and full of unexpected moments that make live comedy magic.
The Comedy Department is an award-winning Vancouver comedy company known for world-class improv and custom comedy entertainment. Founded by veteran comedians Denise Jones and David Milchard, the company produces sold-out weekly shows at The Show Cellar in Vancouver, plus touring shows across Canada and the US.
Whether it’s a Saturday night at their home base or a packed theatre on tour, they try to make every show a fresh, unpredictable, laugh-out-loud experience.
The show will be at The ACT Arts Centre (11944 Haney Pl.) from 8 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Tickets cost $24 plus fees, and are available online at discover.mapleridge.ca.
