The Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living is hosting its third annual Winter Market, coming up on Saturday, Nov. 8.
The inclusive market that offers unique handcrafted items for the whole family. The items for sale are created and crafted by people with diverse abilities associated and supported by RMACL, a local non-profit agency.
Visitors can expect to see original artwork, photography, jewelry, wood crafted items, retro wreaths, bath products, social comics, pet accessories and much more!
This is a free event, with an option to give a small donation to contribute to local Christmas hampers for families less fortunate in our community. There will also be door prizes and giveaways.
The event will be held on Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Albion Community Centre (24165 104th Ave.).
The association provides services and advocacy in the community that support children and adults with developmental issues and their families. Founded in 1958, it supports more than 600 children and adults with developmental disabilities.
