Vancouver Island couple pick up B.C. draw's grand prize in Vernon

Don and Elsie Lambton from Esquimault flew to Vernon to pick up the grand prize in the Knights of Columbus’ 63rd annual Charity Appeal raffle, then drove it home off the lot
