Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 8095-2026
Purpose: To rezone the subject property from RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) to RUR (Urban Infill Residential) to allow for future subdivision into two lots, and for construction of a fourplex on each of the proposed lots.
As a Public Hearing is prohibited to be held in accordance with s. 464 (3) of the Local Government Act for the proposed Zoning Bylaws, verbal comments, or delegations on this matter by members of the public will not be permitted during the meeting.
The proposed bylaw(s) and permit(s) may be inspected at the Planning and Building Counter at Municipal Hall from March 20 – March 31, 2026 (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
