The City of Pitt Meadows is now taking in-person registration for its Easter Funday event, coming up on Sunday, April 5.
The Easter Egg hunt and other fun is an event taking place at Harris Road Park (12474 Lougheed Hwy.)
Register until April 4 at the Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre, open seven days a week, and there will be three 90-minute time slots, starting at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is intended to give families plenty of time to enjoy the egg hunt, crafts, and face painting before the next group arrives. The egg hunt is self-guided, but remember to bring a basket or a bag to carry your eggs.
There will be eight large bunny posters hidden throughout the park, each with a basket of eggs. At a bunny poster, take an egg, and once you’ve found at least six characters, you can exchange the eggs for a goodie bag – one bag per child.
Some tickets may be available on site on event day, but quantities will be limited.
