Spring break is almost here!
Your local library is ready to help make this holiday unforgettable with a variety of exciting activities for all ages.
Puppet Shows at Maple Ridge Library
Join us at the Maple Ridge Public Library for our special puppet shows on March 17 and 26, at 10 a.m.
Our talented librarians and lively puppets will entertain the whole family with stories, songs, dancing, and plenty of laughter. It’s a fun-filled event you won’t want to miss!
Science World on the Road
Get ready for science experiments and interactive fun as Science World travels to our libraries during spring break.
They’ll bring their wonder-filled experiments for everyone to enjoy.
Catch them at Maple Ridge on Thursday, March 19, and at Pitt Meadows on Friday, March 20, both at at 11 a.m.
Teddy Bear Clinic
Bring your favourite stuffed animal to the Maple Ridge Public Library on Wednesday, March 25, at 1:30 p.m., for a special health check-up.
Our library staff, along with a public health nurse, will give your stuffed animal a thorough check-up, including bandages, a dental exam, and even a heart check.
Afterward, your stuffed animal will receive a health certificate. It’s a cute, fun, and educational way to spend the afternoon.
Crafts at Pitt Meadows Library
If your kids love to get creative, bring them by the Pitt Meadows Library from 1 to 4 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, for some crafty fun.
We’ll be offering a variety of book-inspired crafts – some classic, some not-so-classic – that will give kids the chance to express their creativity and explore new ideas during their holidays.
With all this and more happening at the library during spring break, there’s never been a better time to join in the fun. We look forward to seeing you there.
