VIDEO: House shot up, vehicles torched in Maple Ridge

No injuries were reported in an early-morning shooting incident in Maple Ridge that also torched two vehicles trucks parked in a residential neighbourhood.

It happened around 4 a.m. in the 12700-block of 227B St. on Saturday, Feb. 7.

Ridge Meadows RCMP and Maple Ridge Fire responded to a residence for a report of shots fired and arrived to find two vehicles burning in the driveway.

Neighbours said they heard at least seven shots, then sirens were heard.

What appeared to be bullet holes could be seen in a window of a nearby house and multiple markers for shell casing could be seen on the road.

RCMP said there were no injuries.

The Forensic Identification Unit (FIU) was on scene processing the scene.
