Mounties are asking for help to locate a missing woman last seen in Maple Ridge late in the year.
Shannon Samms was last seen Monday, Dec. 29, in the 21600-block of Lougheed Highway about 4 a.m. that day.
Since then, there’s been no word or sightings of the 37-year-old woman, said Ridge Meadows RCMP.
On Jan. 8, police issued a missing persons notice, noting they were concerned for her health and well-being.
Samms is described as an Indigenous female, 4 ft. 11 in. (150 cm) tall, weighing 96 pounds (44 kg), with medium length black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black track pants, black jacket, and black baseball cap.
