Hitting the 550 mark is worth celebrating.
At least that’s Kristi Maier’s thinking, in her capacity as the chief executive officer of the Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce.
“As we turn the page on this year and look ahead, I do so with optimism, excitement, and deep gratitude,” she said, trumpeting the fact that the chamber surpassed 550 members in 2025.
“Our growth over the past three years has been remarkable,” she said, noting a special edition of their Business After Hours networking event – at the end of the month – will be dedicated to celebrating that milestone.
“This one is all about celebration,” Maier said, expecting a full house of about 70 people.
The evening mixer, runs 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, at the Noura Homes Showhome, at 24417 Jenewein Dr.
“Over the past six months, our chamber family has grown in an incredible way. We’re proud to share that,” she added.
“We are incredibly fortunate to have such a vibrant and engaged membership…” Maier said, intending to toast all the long-standing members, as well as the newest who have joined the business advocacy organization.
“Join us for an evening of connection as we celebrate our incredible growth in membership,” she concluded, noting admission to the event is free for members and $15 for non-members.
Registration is required in advance by emailing event coordinator Lauren St. Amand at lauren@ridgmeadowschamber.com or visiting the chamber website.
Also on tap this month, the chamber is hosting its first Breakfast & Business session of the year.
Registration and mingling start at 8:30 a.m., and a learning session runs 9 to 11 a.m. where
local business operators and manager will have a chance to stay informed on AI trends shaping commerce today.
The session, being held Thursday, Jan. 15, likely at The ACT, will offer actionable steps to implement AI responsibly, and also provide a chance to share ideas, thoughts, and tips with fellow industry professionals and community leaders.
Again, this event is free for members, but admission is $25 for non-members, and pre-registration (as above) is required.
