Hope RCMP are seeking the public’s help after EV charging stations in downtown Hope were damaged.
According to police, the charging stations, located in the 400 block of Wallace Street, had “extensive damage” done to their charging units after several charging cables were removed and stolen.
A video posted by a resident on social media showed the charging stations with their cables removed. As of Tuesday (Jan. 6) new cables have been installed and the charging ports are available for the public to use.
