Dear Editor,
I would like to give a large “Thank You!” to all the people who stopped what they were doing to help the guy that did a hard fall onto the sidewalk in front of SportChek store.
Thank you to the couple that rushed into the store to get help, and to another couple that made sure I rested before they helped me stand up and helped me sit on a chair that was provided by the store.
THANK YOU!
And to Carrie from the store, who brought me a first-aid kit to assist me.
And to the fire chief who made me do cognitive movements to ensure that I was capable of functioning safely.
Once again thank you, and a merry festive season, and a happy and prosperous New Year to you all.
