Local Love Pop Up Christmas Market happening Sunday

Today there will be a Christmas Market in Maple Ridge to benefit the BCSPCA.

The fourth annual Local Love Pop Up Christmas Market is happening on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Albion Community Centre (24165 104th Ave.).

The free event offers a market with more than 110 local vendors, and there will be a free gift for the first 100 people through the door.

Vendors will be offering handmade goods, beauty products, treats, crafts, and unique gift ideas.

Santa and Mrs.Claus will be on site from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., there will be food trucks including The Mad Greek and Slavic Rolls, as well as hot coffee being served.

There will be raffle baskets, and all proceeds will go directly to the BC SPCA.

In addition, the event will be collecting non-perishable food bank donations and comfort items for seniors.
